WOODHAVEN Craft Fair

You are invited to join us in the Twenty-sixth Annual Arts and Crafts Spectacular on the traditional date of the first Saturday in October. This year the date is on the 1st.

Available space and layout of spaces are based on a first called basis, based on your application’s postmark. For repeating vendors we will be sure to accommodate you in your same place unless you specify otherwise. Our cutoff for early registration and repeating vendor confirmation is August 15, 2011.

We have been able to keep the price structure the same as in the past few years. Please see the application for all fees and remember we encourage all vendors to contribute an item to our Silent Auction to receive $10.00 reduction in your booth fee. From the suggestions of you the vendors, we have maintained the hours of the event on Saturday from 9AM to 4PM.

POLICIES & GUIDELINES

For indoor vendors early setup can be done from 4pm to 8pm the Friday evening before, and all vendors are welcome at 7am on Saturday morning. At either time, please go to the Registration Table and register as soon as you arrive. On Saturday morning we will have complimentary coffee and Danish for all vendors during the setup time so you don’t have to pull that trailer into the 7-Eleven down the road.

If you are receiving this by email or via our website, please mail a printed version to the same address. Also our website contains a map to aid you in finding our location easily.

 ARTS & CRAFTS SPECTACULAR DATE AND HOURS

The event is held annually on the 1st Saturday in October. The date for this year is Saturday October 2, 2010. Public hours are 9:00 A.M. thru 4:00 P.M.
